It’s been almost four months since I’ve been taking these. After almost going through the first bottle, I saw remarkable results with my hair growth and nail growth/hardness. My hair is in a protective style so I definitely can see true growth. It just starters growing like a weed at about the third month. Then I went to the nail shop a few days ago with a broken nail and decided to get a fill. The nail tech was filing longer than usual and it felt different when she was doing it. She said that my nails were harder this time and that she only had to use overlay on my missing nail. This is a drastic improvement from one month ago. So, this product gets 5 Stars. The results don’t happen overnight so give it time.

I like Vitamed because it is a food-based line. It is a comfort to know that I am not consuming some manufactured, unnatural compound. In my research of hair, skin, and nail supplements, I notice ingredients in Beauty Formula that are not available in most of the others. I can’t say that I saw any difference in my skin while taking this, as I have always taken care of it and it looks good; I’m sure it’s helping, nonetheless. I think I need to try it longer. Vitamed is excellent in communication, by the way.
